Multi-directional Forklift

2.5–3.0T Seated Electric Multi-directional Reach Truck MQZ25/30

Load Capacity 2,500 kg at 500 mm
Lift Height 3,600–10,500 mm

MQZ25/30 series comprises 2.5-tonne and 3.0-tonne seated electric multi-directional reach trucks for long materials and narrow-aisle stacking. Compact chassis dimensions, three-wheel independent steering and fast travel-mode switching support straight, sideways and diagonal movement, plus in-situ rotation efficiently. Triplex full-free mast options provide lift heights up to 10,500 mm.

Ideal For

  • Long-material stacking in narrow aisles
  • Medium-density storage with high material turnover
  • High-rack applications requiring up to 10,500 mm lift

Product Description

Seated Multi-directional Reach Truck Series

The MiMA MQZ25/30 series provides two capacity options based on the same compact seated multi-directional reach-truck platform. The MQZ25 is rated at 2,500 kg, while the MQZ30 is rated at 3,000 kg.

Three-Wheel Independent Steering

The electric steering system supports straight, sideways and diagonal travel, right-angle turning and in-situ rotation. Travel-mode changes are completed in approximately one second.

Three Travel-Speed Modes

Turtle, normal and fast modes allow the operator to select the appropriate vehicle response for positioning, normal handling or longer travel distances. Maximum straight travel speed is 10 km/h, while sideways travel speed is 8 km/h.

Reach and Fork Configuration

The MQZ25 provides a 656 mm reach distance, while the MQZ30 provides 740 mm. Both models use a 906 mm support-arm inner width and an adjustable fork spread of 400–2,240 mm.

Mast and Residual Capacity

Triplex full-free mast options range from 3,600 to 10,500 mm. Residual capacity decreases as lift height or load centre increases and must be confirmed using the relevant model load chart.

Drive, Hydraulic and Battery Systems

Both models use an 8 kW AC drive motor and a 14 kW AC lift motor. The load-sensing hydraulic system includes high-position shock absorption. Battery options include a 48V/700Ah lead-acid battery and 48V/460Ah or 600Ah lithium batteries.

Operator Controls and Safety

A multifunction display shows wheel position and the selected travel mode. Electronic steering, electromagnetic service and parking brakes and an Operator Presence System are included.

Frequently Asked Questions

The MQZ25 is rated at 2,500 kg, while the MQZ30 is rated at 3,000 kg. The MQZ30 also has a longer wheelbase and a greater mast reach distance. Their general appearance, steering system, mast range and battery options are similar.
The model should be selected according to the heaviest load, load centre and required lift height. The residual-capacity chart should be checked rather than selecting only by the nominal capacity.
The series is intended for long materials such as aluminium profiles, steel pipes, panels, timber and door or window components. Load dimensions and centre of gravity must be confirmed before selection.
No. At 10,500 mm and a 500 mm load centre, the MQZ25 load chart specifies 900 kg and the MQZ30 specifies 950 kg.
The reference aisle table starts from 3,013 mm for a 5,000 mm load with a 1,000 mm load depth. Actual aisle width depends on load dimensions, rack layout and load overhang.
The electric steering system can complete a travel-mode change in approximately one second. Actual operation should still follow the site’s speed and safety requirements.
Both models support a 48V/700Ah lead-acid battery and 48V lithium batteries with 460Ah or 600Ah capacity. Battery selection depends on shift length, charging time and maintenance requirements.
Selection requires load weight and dimensions, load centre, lift height, aisle width, rack layout, operating frequency, floor conditions, battery preference and any required attachments.
