Multi-directional Forklift

3.0T Stand-on Electric Multi-directional Reach Truck MQB30

Load Capacity 3,000 kg at 600 mm load centre
Lift Height 4,600–8,000 mm

MQB30 is a 3.0-tonne stand-on electric multi-directional reach truck for long materials in restricted aisles. Its 1,300 mm mast reach, wide fork positioner and independently controlled four-wheel steering enable straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus turning on the spot. The compact 800 mm length to fork face supports high-density storage layouts.

Ideal For

  • Long materials such as profiles, pipes and timber
  • Narrow-aisle storage and stacking
  • High-lift applications with varied load lengths

Product Description

Stand-on Multi-directional Reach Truck

The MiMA MQB30 is a 3.0-tonne electric multi-directional reach truck designed for stacking long materials in restricted aisles. Its mast can move 1,300 mm forwards and retract within the support arms.

Multi-directional Steering

Independently controlled four-wheel steering enables straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus turning on the spot. Sideways travel speed is 6–7 km/h, while straight travel speed is 4–5 km/h.

Compact Reach Configuration

The length to the fork face is 800 mm, and the standard support-arm inner width is 1,000 mm. The support-arm structure and retractable mast reduce the space required when positioning loads.

Wide Fork Positioner

The wide fork positioner provides an outside spread of approximately 560–2,800 mm. Standard forks measure 1,200 × 125 × 50 mm, supporting long materials with different widths.

Mast and Load Capacity

Triplex full-free masts are available with lift heights from 4,600 to 8,000 mm. Residual capacity depends on lift height, load centre and attachment configuration. The listed mast series includes a camera and screen as standard.

AC Drive and Lithium Battery

The MQB30 uses an 8 kW AC drive motor and a 12.5 kW AC lift motor. Power is supplied by a 48V/460Ah lithium battery. EPS steering and electromagnetic braking are standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

A1: It combines a retractable mast with multi-directional steering. The mast moves forwards to pick up or place a load and retracts for travel, while the truck can move straight, sideways or diagonally.
A2: The MQB30 has support arms and a retractable mast. A multi-directional counterbalance forklift carries the load using a counterbalanced chassis without reach-truck support arms.
A3: It is designed primarily for long materials such as metal profiles, pipes, timber and panels. Load weight, dimensions and centre of gravity must be checked against the load chart.
A4: The standard datasheet reference starts from 2,500 mm. Aisle requirements depend on load dimensions and configuration, so operation below two metres should not be specified without a project assessment.
A5: No. The rated capacity is 3,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre, but residual capacity decreases with lift height. The load chart specifies 1,500 kg at 8,000 mm and a 600 mm load centre.
A6: The mast has a reach distance of 1,300 mm. This allows the forks to extend beyond the support arms when picking up or placing loads.
A7: It depends on load length, load depth, fork spread, support-arm configuration, rack layout and load overhang. The reference table gives minimum values from 2,500 to 4,300 mm. At least 100 mm additional clearance is recommended.
A8: Selection requires load weight, length, width, load centre, lift height, aisle width, rack layout, floor conditions, support-arm requirements and daily operating hours.
