Cookie Policy
How MiMA Forklift Thailand uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
Last updated 31 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how MiMA Forklift Thailand Co., Ltd. uses cookies and related technologies when you visit mima.co.th.
It should be read together with our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data more generally.
01About This Policy
MiMA Forklift Thailand Co., Ltd. ("MiMA Thailand", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at mima.co.th. This policy explains the cookies, pixels, tags, local-storage objects and similar technologies that may be used when you browse the website, submit a form, watch an embedded video or interact with a campaign.
The technologies actually used can depend on the page, your browser, your location, your consent choices and the services currently enabled. We periodically review the website and update this policy when our use of these technologies changes.
02What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file placed on or read from your browser or device when you visit a website. Cookies can help a website function, remember preferences, distinguish browsers or sessions and provide information about how the website is used.
Related technologies include:
- Pixels and tags that record when a page or action is viewed.
- Local storage that stores information in your browser.
- Device or campaign identifiers used for analytics and conversion measurement.
- Embedded-service technologies used by video, map, social or communications platforms.
First-party cookies are set on the mima.co.th domain. Third-party cookies are set or accessed by another provider when its service is used on our website.
03Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary
These technologies support essential website operation, security, form handling, load management and recording your privacy choices. The website may not work correctly without them. Where the law permits, they are used without consent because they are necessary to provide the website or a feature you request.
Preferences and functionality
These technologies remember choices such as language, display or media preferences. If a preference cookie is not strictly necessary, it is activated only in accordance with your consent choice where consent is required.
Analytics and performance
These technologies help us understand visits, traffic sources, page performance and interactions so that we can improve content and usability. Analytics data may include a pseudonymous browser identifier, device information, page views, referral information and campaign parameters.
Advertising and measurement
These technologies help measure whether an advertisement or campaign led to a website visit, enquiry or other action. Depending on the provider, settings and your choices, they may also support audience measurement or personalised advertising. They are activated only with the required consent.
External media
Pages containing embedded videos or other third-party content may allow the provider to place or read cookies when the content loads or when you choose to interact with it. Where practical, we use privacy-enhanced settings and delay non-essential media technologies until the required choice has been made.
04Cookie and Technology Register
The following register describes technologies currently used or expected to be used by the website's active features. A provider may change an identifier or duration, and a cookie may not appear for every visitor.
| Provider / technology | Typical identifier | Purpose and category | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| MiMA Thailand / WordPress and ZeroY | Tests cookie support and supports authenticated site administration or user settings. Strictly necessary. Most public visitors will not receive logged-in administrator cookies. | Session to 1 year, depending on the identifier and login status. | |
| Website consent manager | Consent-status cookie generated by the installed consent tool. | Stores the categories you accept or reject so the website can respect your choice. Strictly necessary. | Normally up to 12 months. |
| Google Tag Manager | No dedicated analytics cookie is normally required by the tag-management container itself. | Loads and controls approved website tags according to configuration and consent state. Tag management. | Not applicable to the container itself; individual tags are listed separately. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes browsers and maintains session state to provide aggregated website-usage reports. Analytics and performance. | Up to 2 years by default; configuration may shorten this period. | |
| Google Ads conversion measurement | and related Google advertising identifiers. | Measures whether an advertisement resulted in a website action such as an enquiry. Advertising and measurement. | identifiers normally last up to 90 days; other provider identifiers may differ. |
| YouTube embedded video | and related identifiers. | Provides video playback, remembers player preferences, maintains security and may measure interaction. External media; some uses may also be advertising-related. | From the browser session to approximately 13 months, depending on the identifier and Google settings. |
Google Tag Manager is a deployment tool. The cookies and other technologies that matter are those used by the individual tags it controls. We therefore list Analytics, Ads and embedded services separately.
05Your Consent Choices
When you first visit the website, our cookie notice allows you to accept or reject non-essential categories where consent is required. Rejecting analytics, advertising or external-media cookies does not prevent you from viewing the main website content, although some embedded features may not operate until enabled.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by opening the Cookie Settings control provided in the website footer or cookie notice. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before the change. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the consent tool because the website needs them to operate or remember your privacy selection.
Google Consent Mode, where configured, communicates your consent state to Google tags. It does not replace the website's cookie banner or your ability to make a choice.
06Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and to control whether websites can use local storage. The exact steps depend on your browser and device. Blocking all cookies may affect forms, preferences, embedded content and other website functions.
You can usually find these controls under the browser's privacy, security or site-data settings. You may also:
- delete cookies already stored on your device;
- block third-party cookies;
- set the browser to notify you before a cookie is stored;
- use Google controls to manage advertising preferences; or
- use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, where available.
07Third-Party Services and International Processing
Some technologies in the register are provided by independent third parties. Those providers may receive device, usage or interaction information and process it under their own privacy terms. Their systems may be located outside Thailand, including in countries with different data-protection laws.
Where we control the deployment of a non-essential service, we use consent controls and take reasonable steps to apply appropriate data-protection safeguards. For details about how personal data may be transferred internationally, read our Privacy Notice.
Clicking an external link such as LINE, LinkedIn or another third-party website takes you to a service we do not control. Any technologies used after you leave mima.co.th are governed by that provider's policies.
08How Long Cookie Data Is Kept
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry, until you delete them or until the provider refreshes or replaces them. The typical device-storage periods are shown in the register above.
A cookie's lifespan is different from the period for which information derived from that cookie is retained in a provider account or our business records. Analytics and campaign data is retained according to our configured account settings, business need and applicable law, as described in our Privacy Notice.
09Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this policy when we change providers, website features, tag configurations or legal requirements. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, we will ask you to make a new consent choice.
