What is the minimum aisle width for MiMA VNA forklifts?
MiMA's VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) range operates in aisle widths from 1,500mm. The MCC Series man-up turret trucks and MQC multi-directional forklifts are specifically engineered for high-density racking environments common in Bangkok's industrial estates and EEC warehouses. Exact aisle requirements depend on pallet size and racking configuration -- our technical team provides a free warehouse assessment.
What is the maximum lift height available?
The VNA range achieves lift heights up to 14.2m. For long-load applications, MiMA also offers standard configurations handling loads up to 15m length at 5T capacity, with custom options available up to 15m at 7T. Counterbalance transport solutions extend to 30T standard and 200T traction.
Are MiMA forklifts CE certified?
Yes. All MiMA products sold in Thailand carry CE certification, meeting European safety standards. MiMA also holds ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and RoHS compliance. CE certification is a key requirement for multinational companies operating in Thailand with global safety audit obligations.
Do you offer cold storage or explosion-proof variants?
Yes. MiMA offers cold storage and explosion-proof variants across the electric warehouse forklift range. These are available as factory-configured options -- not field modifications -- ensuring full certification compliance is maintained. Contact our technical sales team with your operating environment specifications for a recommendation.
What is the standard lead time for delivery to Thailand?
Standard lead time is approximately 30 days from order confirmation -- a significant advantage over European brands which typically require 6+ months. Custom configurations require 60-100 days. A minimum order quantity of 1 unit applies, with LCL consolidation available for single-unit orders.
Can I order a single unit, or is there a minimum order?
MOQ is 1 unit. LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation is available, making single-unit procurement practical and cost-efficient. Our Samut Prakan logistics team handles all import coordination.
What warranty does MiMA Thailand offer?
MiMA Thailand provides a 2-year or 4,000 working hours vehicle warranty (whichever occurs first). The lithium battery module carries a separate 5-year or 10,000 working hours warranty. Warranty claims are processed via the Samut Prakan hub: submit a nameplate photo, hour meter reading, and fault description -- our team dispatches remote support, parts, or on-site service as required.
How fast is your local support response?
MiMA Thailand operates a 12-hour local support SLA with 2-hour remote troubleshooting response. Standard spare parts are held in our Samut Prakan warehouse for 24-hour dispatch. Our service team covers Bangkok, the EEC, and major industrial estates across central Thailand.
Does MiMA provide the full AGV system including software?
No -- and that is intentional. MiMA supplies the hardware chassis only (MEV / MBV / MQV / MFV / MKV series and custom builds). Navigation, scheduling, and fleet management software is provided by your chosen Thai integrator. MiMA's chassis features open interfaces and never competes in the software layer -- protecting integrator margins and ensuring full flexibility.

MiMA has 13+ years of dedicated AGV chassis R&D, with over 10,000 units delivered globally and 200+ integrator partners. All chassis are CE certified, with the precision and repeatability tolerances required for automated warehouse environments.
