How to choose: Start with the maximum pallet weight, load centre, top rack height and available stacking aisle. Use MC12/16 or MCA16 when the operator remains at ground level for full-pallet handling. Choose a man-up MCC model when stacking must be combined with high-level order picking or inventory work, and select MCC14 for cold-store operation.
*MC12 and MC16 triplex configurations extend beyond the standard duplex range. Total lift height and main lift are not interchangeable specifications on man-up models. **Final aisle width and residual capacity depend on pallet dimensions, load centre, mast, guidance system, rack clearances and project configuration. What is a 3-Way Pallet Stacker?
It is a very narrow aisle electric forklift with a turret fork that rotates and side-shifts to handle pallets on the left, right and front while the truck remains aligned with the aisle.
How narrow can the stacking aisle be?
Selected MC configurations start at approximately 1,500 mm, while other models typically start from 1,600–1,650 mm. The final width depends on the pallet, load centre, rack clearances, guidance system and safety allowance.
What is the difference between man-down and man-up models?
On MC and MCA man-down models, the operator stays at ground level while the forks lift the pallet. On MCC man-up models, the operator compartment rises with the load for high-level stacking, order picking and inventory checks.
Which MiMA models are available?
The current range includes stand-on MC12/16, seated man-down MCA16 and man-up MCC12, MCC14, MCC16 and MCC16U models. Capacities range from 1.2 to 1.6 tonnes.
Is there a model for cold storage?
Yes. MCC14 is the cold-store man-up model for frozen and chilled warehouse projects. Temperature range, battery heating, hydraulic oil and other cold-rated components must be confirmed for the application.
Which aisle guidance systems are available?
Depending on the model, mechanical rail, permanent-magnetic and electromagnetic guidance can be configured. The right system depends on the building, floor, aisle layout, travel speed and desired automation functions.
What information is needed for model selection?
