How to choose: Choose MJ20 when lift height and narrow- or wide-body flexibility are the priorities. Select MJD25 for 2.5-tonne handling, tighter cross-fork aisles, lower closed mast height or suitable container work. Choose MJ30 for 3.0-tonne ground-level capacity and heavier transfer-and-stacking applications.
*Minimum aisle figures depend on the stated pallet size and orientation. Rack-to-rack width, residual capacity and outdoor suitability must be confirmed against pallet dimensions, load centre, lift height, mast, attachments, floor condition, gradients and the complete travel route. What is an Electric Articulated Forklift?
It is an electric forklift with a mast assembly that pivots toward the rack. This lets the truck stack in narrower aisles while retaining pallet transport and loading capability.
How narrow can the operating aisle be?
MJD25 can work from approximately 1,700 mm with the specified cross-fork pallet arrangement. MJ20 starts from approximately 1,900 mm in narrow-body form, while MJ30 starts from approximately 2,300 mm. Final clearance depends on the pallet and rack layout.
Can one truck handle transfer and narrow-aisle stacking?
Yes. In suitable applications, an articulated forklift can collect or transport pallets and then place them directly into narrow-aisle racking, reducing transfers between separate trucks.
What is the difference between MJ20, MJD25 and MJ30?
MJ20 is a flexible 2.0-tonne model with narrow- and wide-body versions and the highest lift option. MJD25 is a 2.5-tonne rear-drive model with a low-profile quad mast. MJ30 increases rated capacity to 3.0 tonnes for heavier loads.
Can these forklifts work outdoors?
They can travel on suitable prepared outdoor surfaces before continuing indoors. Gradients, joints, drainage channels, wet conditions, door transitions and travel distance must be reviewed during model selection.
Does rated capacity apply at maximum lift height?
No. Residual capacity reduces with lift height and can change with the load centre, mast, attachment and pallet dimensions. The applicable load chart must be checked for the required rack level.
