Articulated Forklift

2.5T Rear-drive Electric Articulated Forklift MJD25

Load Capacity 2,500 kg
Lift Height 3,300–8,000 mm

MJD25 is a 2.5-tonne rear-drive electric articulated forklift for narrow aisles, low-clearance areas and container handling. Twin rear drive motors provide traction and stable manoeuvring, while the quad full-free mast offers a low closed height and lift heights up to 8,000 mm. Its compact design supports indoor and outdoor pallet movement.

Ideal For

  • Container loading and unloading with a suitable mast configuration
  • Narrow-aisle warehouses and low-clearance working areas
  • Indoor-outdoor pallet transfer requiring controlled rear-drive traction

Product Description

Rear-drive Articulated Handling

The MiMA MJD25 combines a 2,500 kg rated capacity with articulated narrow-aisle manoeuvrability. It supports pallet transfer, vehicle loading and high-density storage with one electric forklift.

Dual Rear-wheel Drive

Two rear-mounted AC drive motors provide controlled traction and stable power delivery. The rear-drive arrangement supports smooth manoeuvring, gradient performance and accurate positioning in confined areas.

One Truck from Yard to Rack

The MJD25 can move loads across suitable outdoor surfaces, enter the warehouse and place pallets directly into narrow-aisle racking. This reduces transfers between separate counterbalance and warehouse trucks.

Low-profile Quad Mast

The quad full-free mast combines a low closed height with lift heights up to 8,000 mm. A suitable low-lift configuration can enter standard shipping containers, subject to door height, internal clearance and floor-loading checks.

180° Mast Swing

The mast swings 90° to either side, allowing pallet placement while the truck remains aligned with the aisle. Clear aisle width starts from 1,700 mm with the specified cross-fork pallet arrangement.

Operator Control and Service Access

A seated driving position, hydraulic steering, wide-view mast and operator-presence monitoring support controlled operation. Accessible covers and an 80V lithium battery system simplify daily checks and scheduled servicing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, when fitted with a suitable low-profile quad-mast configuration. For example, the specified 5,000 mm lift configuration has a closed mast height of approximately 1,970 mm. Container door height, internal roof clearance, floor capacity, pallet height and attachment dimensions must still be checked.
Twin rear drive motors provide controlled traction and balanced power delivery. This supports smooth acceleration, gradient performance and manoeuvring when transferring loads between outdoor and indoor areas.
The MJD25 can work in a clear aisle from 1,700 mm with a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet handled cross-fork. An 800 × 1,200 mm pallet handled along-fork requires approximately 2,000 mm.
The four-stage mast provides a lower closed height than a conventional high-lift mast while retaining lift heights up to 8,000 mm. This is valuable around low doors, mezzanines and shipping containers.
No. According to the specified load chart, residual capacity at 8,000 mm is approximately 1,320 kg at a 600 mm load centre. Capacity must be reconfirmed for the selected mast, attachment and load dimensions.
Yes, on suitable prepared surfaces. Gradients, joints, drainage channels, potholes, wet conditions and doorway transitions should be assessed before specifying the truck.
The standard configuration uses an 80V/460Ah lithium battery. Optional 80V/300Ah and 80V/410Ah lithium batteries are available for applications with different shift lengths and charging requirements.
Provide the maximum load, load centre, pallet orientation, lift height, clear aisle width, rack dimensions, container or doorway clearances, floor condition, gradients and daily operating schedule.
