Multi-directional Forklift

8.0T Seated Electric Multi-directional Reach Truck MQC80

Load Capacity 8,000 kg at 600 mm load centre
Lift Height 4,500–8,000 mm

MQC80 is an 8.0-tonne seated electric multi-directional reach truck engineered for heavy long materials and bulk loads. Its 1,180 mm mast reach and four-wheel independent steering support straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus in-situ rotation. Dual AC drive and lift motors, an 80V/840Ah lithium battery and lift heights up to 8,000 mm support demanding operations.

Ideal For

  • Heavy steel, timber and industrial long loads
  • Narrow-aisle storage of loads up to 8,000 kg
  • Heavy-duty manufacturing and bulk-material operations

Product Description

Heavy-Duty Multi-directional Reach Truck

The MiMA MQC80 is an 8.0-tonne electric multi-directional reach truck for heavy long materials and bulk loads. Its support-arm structure and retractable mast provide a reach distance of 1,180 mm.

Multi-directional Steering

Independent four-wheel steering enables straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus rotation on the spot. Straight travel speed is 7–8 km/h, while sideways travel speed is 8–9 km/h.

Fork and Aisle Configuration

The fork outside spread is adjustable from 600 to 1,550 mm. The reference minimum aisle width starts from 2,900 mm and increases according to load length and depth.

Mast and Residual Capacity

Triplex full-free mast options range from 4,500 to 8,000 mm. Fork-carriage tilt is 3° forward and 5° backward. Residual capacity must be verified using the load chart.

Dual-Motor Power System

The MQC80 uses two 8 kW AC drive motors and two 15 kW AC lift motors. Regenerative and electromagnetic service braking are combined with an electromagnetic parking brake.

Lithium Battery

An 80V/840Ah lithium battery is standard. The final charging arrangement should be selected according to daily operating hours, shift pattern and available charging time.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is designed for heavy long materials and bulk loads, including steel products, timber packs and large industrial components. Load dimensions and centre of gravity must be verified.
No. The rated capacity is 8,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre under the rated configuration. At 8,000 mm, the load chart specifies 5,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre.
The reference table starts from 2,900 mm for a 5,000 mm load. The required aisle increases with load length and depth. In-aisle rotation requires a separate calculation.
The mast reaches 1,180 mm forwards. This allows the forks to extend beyond the support arms when collecting or depositing a load.
The standard specification uses an 80V/840Ah lithium battery. Charging equipment and shift planning should be confirmed for the intended duty cycle.
The MQC80 provides higher rated and residual capacities, twin drive and lift motors, a larger chassis and an 80V/840Ah lithium battery for heavier applications.
Yes. The final service weight, wheel loads, load weight and travel routes should be checked against the floor or yard load-bearing capacity.
Selection requires load weight and dimensions, load centre, lift height, aisle width, rack layout, floor capacity, operating hours, attachment requirements and charging conditions.
