Multi-directional Forklift

3.0T Seated Electric Multi-directional Reach Truck MQC30

Load Capacity 3,000 kg at 600 mm load centre
Lift Height 4,500–8,500 mm

MQC30 is a 3.0-tonne seated electric multi-directional reach truck designed for long materials and narrow-aisle stacking. A 1,300 mm mast reach, wide fork positioner and independent four-wheel steering enable straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus in-situ rotation. Triplex full-free mast options provide lift heights up to 8,500 mm.

Ideal For

  • Aluminium profiles, steel pipes, panels and timber
  • Long-load stacking in narrow aisles
  • High-rack storage requiring up to 8,500 mm lift

Product Description

Seated Multi-directional Reach Truck

The MiMA MQC30 is a 3.0-tonne electric multi-directional reach truck for handling long materials. The mast extends 1,300 mm beyond the support arms and retracts for travelling.

Multi-directional Steering

Independent four-wheel steering enables straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus rotation on the spot. Straight travel speed is 7–8 km/h, while sideways travel speed is 6–7 km/h.

Fork and Aisle Configuration

The adjustable fork positioner provides an outside spread of 560–2,560 mm. The reference minimum stacking aisle starts from 2,750 mm and increases according to the load dimensions.

Mast and Residual Capacity

Triplex full-free masts are available from 4,500 to 8,500 mm. Residual capacity decreases as lift height or load centre increases. A follow-up camera and display are standard with the listed mast series.

Drive and Battery System

The MQC30 uses a 6.5 kW AC drive motor and a 14 kW AC lift motor. A 48V/500Ah lead-acid battery is specified, with a 48V/600Ah lithium battery available as an option.

Operation and Braking

Electronic steering, an integrated control handle and wheel-position display support operation in different travel modes. Regenerative and electromagnetic service braking are combined with an electromagnetic parking brake.

Frequently Asked Questions

A multi-directional reach truck combines a retractable mast with independent steering. It can move straight, sideways and diagonally, allowing long loads to travel lengthways through restricted aisles.
It is designed for long materials such as aluminium profiles, steel pipes, panels, timber and door or window components. Load weight, dimensions and centre of gravity must be checked before selection.
The reference aisle table starts from 2,750 mm for a 5,000 mm load. Actual aisle width depends on load length, depth, overhang and rack layout. In-aisle rotation requires a separate calculation.
No. The rated capacity is 3,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre, but residual capacity decreases with height. The load chart specifies 1,500 kg at 8,500 mm and a 600 mm load centre.
The mast reaches 1,300 mm forwards. This allows the forks to extend beyond the support arms when picking up or depositing a load.
The datasheet specifies a 48V/500Ah lead-acid battery and an optional 48V/600Ah lithium battery. The final battery should match the required operating hours and charging arrangement.
The MQC30 has support arms and a retractable mast. A counterbalanced model carries the load using its counterweight and does not use reach-truck support arms.
Selection requires the load weight, length, width, load centre, maximum lift height, aisle width, rack layout, floor conditions, operating hours and preferred battery type.
