Multi-directional Forklift

3.0T Central Seat Electric Multi-directional Counterbalance Forklift MQK30

Load Capacity 3,000 kg at 500 mm load centre
Lift Height 4,600–8,000 mm

MQK30 is a 3.0-tonne central-seat electric multi-directional counterbalance forklift for long materials and palletised loads. Dual front-wheel drive and independent three-wheel steering enable straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus turning on the spot. Its compact counterbalanced chassis, adjustable side-shifting forks and low overhead guard support narrow aisles, outdoor yards and height-restricted areas.

Ideal For

  • Long materials and palletised loads
  • Narrow-aisle and mixed indoor-outdoor operations
  • Containers and height-restricted working areas

Product Description

Central-Seat Multi-directional Counterbalance Forklift

The MiMA MQK30 is a 3.0-tonne electric multi-directional counterbalance forklift with a central driving position. Its counterbalanced chassis supports long materials and conventional palletised loads without reach-truck support arms.

Multi-directional Drive

Dual front-wheel drive and independent three-wheel steering enable straight, sideways and diagonal travel, plus turning on the spot. Straight travel speed is 9–10 km/h, while sideways travel speed is 7–8 km/h.

Fork and Aisle Configuration

Adjustable forks with integrated ±100 mm side shift are standard. The fork outside spread ranges from 400 to 1,400 mm. Reference minimum stacking aisle widths are 2,940 mm and 3,140 mm, depending on pallet dimensions and load centre.

Mast Options

Triplex full-free masts are available with lift heights from 4,600 to 8,000 mm. Standard mast tilt is 1° forward and 3.5° backward. Residual capacity decreases as lift height or load centre increases.

AC System and Battery Options

The MQK30 uses a 7 kW AC drive system and a 14 kW AC lift motor. A 48V/900Ah lead-acid battery is standard, while a 48V/600Ah lithium battery is optional. The side-extraction design provides access for battery replacement and maintenance.

Low-Profile Operation and Safety

The overhead guard height is 2,250 mm, supporting operation in height-restricted areas. Electronic steering, wheel-position display, electromagnetic braking, OPS monitoring and LED lighting are included.

Frequently Asked Questions

A1: It combines counterbalanced load handling with straight, sideways and diagonal travel. The central driving position supports visibility and control when changing travel direction.
A2: The main difference is the operator position and vehicle configuration. The central-seat model has a centrally located driving compartment, a lower overhead guard and different dimensions, battery options and aisle requirements.
A3: It is designed for long materials, bulky loads and conventional palletised goods. Final selection depends on the load weight, dimensions, load centre and required lift height.
A4: No. The rated capacity is 3,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, but residual capacity decreases with lift height. The load chart specifies 1,000 kg at 8,000 mm and a 500 mm load centre.
A5: Aisle width depends on load dimensions, pallet orientation, fork spread, rack layout and load overhang. The datasheet reference starts from 2,940 mm. At least 100 mm additional clearance is recommended for efficient operation.
A6: The truck has a 2,250 mm overhead guard height and is intended for height-restricted applications. Actual suitability must be checked against the container entrance height, floor clearance, mast configuration and load dimensions.
A7: A 48V/900Ah lead-acid battery is standard. A 48V/600Ah lithium battery is available as an option. Battery selection should consider shift length, charging facilities and maintenance requirements.
A8: Selection requires the load weight and dimensions, load centre, lift height, aisle width, rack layout, entrance height, floor conditions, operating hours and preferred battery type.
