Product Description

Sit-down Reach Truck for High-Level Storage

The MiMA MFZ16/20 is designed for high-density warehouses requiring narrow-aisle manoeuvring and high-level pallet storage. The seated operating position makes the range particularly suitable for long travel distances, extended shifts and frequent handling cycles.

Retractable Mast for Efficient Aisle Use

The mast moves forward to place or retrieve a pallet and retracts the load towards the truck for travel. This reduces the space required for right-angle stacking while supporting controlled movement between storage locations.

Lift Heights up to 12,500 mm

Triplex full-free mast configurations cover different warehouse heights. The MFZ16 reaches up to 10,500 mm, while the MFZ20 reaches up to 12,500 mm. Mast construction and controlled hydraulic movement support accurate pallet positioning at height.

Actual residual capacity must be confirmed according to lift height, load centre and attachment configuration.

Controlled Travel and Braking

Electric steering provides responsive directional control with low steering effort. Front and rear wheel braking supports controlled stopping, while mast and reach cushioning help reduce sudden movement during load handling.

Operator-focused Workstation

The adjustable seat allows the driving position to be matched to the operator. Depending on configuration, integrated controls, thumb switches and a multifunction display provide convenient access to travel, lifting and truck-status information.

Configurable Power and Hydraulic Controls

Different versions are available with manual hydraulic levers or electric proportional controls. Lead-acid and lithium batteries can be selected according to shift length, charging arrangements and required performance, allowing the truck to be configured for different warehouse duty cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

The MFZ16 has a rated capacity of 1,600 kg and a maximum lift height of 10,500 mm. The MFZ20 increases rated capacity to 2,000 kg and can reach up to 12,500 mm. Selection should be based on load weight, rack height and required residual capacity.
MFZ16/20 configurations differ in hydraulic controls, mast height, battery capacity and performance level. Manual-lever versions suit straightforward warehouse operations, while electric proportional versions provide more integrated control. Higher-capacity battery configurations are intended for longer or more intensive shifts.
Not necessarily. Rated capacity is measured at the specified load centre and does not automatically apply at maximum height. Residual capacity decreases according to mast height, load centre, fork length and attachments. The applicable load chart must be confirmed before ordering.
The specified right-angle stacking aisle ranges from 2,707 to 2,760 mm for the MFZ16 and from 2,777 to 2,843 mm for the MFZ20. These figures are based on a defined pallet size. Additional clearance must be allowed for the actual load and site conditions.
Lead-acid batteries suit operations with established charging and battery-maintenance routines. Lithium batteries support opportunity charging and require less routine maintenance. The correct capacity depends on working hours, travel distance, lift frequency and available charging time.
The standard reach-truck configuration is primarily intended for smooth, level warehouse floors. Outdoor use should only be considered after checking ground condition, gradients, moisture protection, tyre configuration and operating clearances.
Sideshift and other hydraulic attachments can be configured according to the handling requirement. Any attachment changes the truck’s load centre, overall dimensions and residual capacity, so the complete configuration must be recalculated.
