Open-platform Order Picking
The MiMA MHA10U is a compact man-up electric order picker for retrieving cartons, components and other light materials from warehouse racking. Its open-front platform provides closer access to the load carrier.
Better Access to Awkward Goods
The open-cab arrangement is useful when the operator needs to approach larger cartons or irregularly shaped items. The approved load carrier and required fall-protection system must be correctly secured before elevated work.
Auxiliary Lift for Better Handling Height
A 670 mm auxiliary lift raises the forks independently of the operator platform. Picked goods can be positioned closer to the operator, reducing repeated bending and unnecessary handling movements.
Smooth Platform Positioning
Proportional hydraulic control provides controlled acceleration and deceleration during lifting and lowering. The operator can align the platform accurately with the required shelf level.
Height-dependent Safety Control
Guardrail-position detection and an operator-presence pedal must be correctly engaged before elevated travel or lifting. Upper lift limits, high-lift speed reduction and turning speed control provide additional operating control.
Accessible Electric Components
The 24V electric system is available with lead-acid or lithium battery options. A hinged battery cover and removable drive cover simplify inspection and scheduled maintenance.

Q1: What is the difference between the MHA10U and MHA10?
The MHA10U uses an open-front operator platform, while the MHA10 has a more enclosed working area. Their principal capacity, lift, chassis and battery specifications are otherwise similar.
Q2: When should I choose the open-cab version?
Choose the MHA10U when closer access to the load carrier is required for awkward, bulky or difficult-to-reach goods. The application must include an approved load carrier and appropriate fall-protection arrangements.
Q3: Can the operator step onto the pallet?
Only when the load carrier is approved for the application, securely retained and used with the required safety equipment. Ordinary unsecured pallets must not be treated as personnel platforms.
Q4: Does the MHA10U retain 1,000 kg at maximum height?
No. At the highest specified main lift, residual capacity is approximately 200 kg at a 500 mm load centre and 100 kg at 600 mm. Always use the load chart for the selected mast.
Q5: What is the maximum picking height?
Maximum picking height is approximately 7,600 mm with the highest mast and auxiliary-lift configuration. Actual reach depends on the operator, goods and shelf arrangement.
Q6: What aisle width is required?
The standard datasheet specifies approximately 1,750 mm. A specified guided configuration may reduce stacking net aisle width to approximately 1,350 mm, subject to the final rack and load-carrier layout.
Q7: Which guidance systems can be specified?
Available project options include mechanical rail guidance, mechanical aisle mode, electromagnetic guidance and permanent-magnet guidance. Floor construction and warehouse layout determine the appropriate system.
