The MiMA MFZ25/30 extends the reach-truck concept to heavier warehouse loads. Rated capacities of 2,500 and 3,000 kg make the range suitable for palletised industrial materials, production inventory and applications requiring more capacity than a standard warehouse reach truck.
The retractable mast moves forward for pallet placement and returns the load towards the chassis for travel. This arrangement reduces right-angle stacking space compared with many equivalent-capacity counterbalance forklifts while retaining seated operation.
Triplex full-free mast configurations cover lift heights from 3,600 to 8,500 mm. The mast and reach mechanism are designed to support controlled load movement during high-frequency stacking and retrieval.
Residual capacity must be calculated according to the selected height, load centre and attachment.
Electric proportional controls allow the operator to regulate lift, lower and reach movements accurately. This supports smoother pallet positioning, particularly when handling heavier loads or working at elevated rack levels.
All-wheel braking supports controlled deceleration, while electric steering reduces steering effort in repetitive operations. An adjustable seat, integrated controls and a multifunction display help operators maintain a consistent working position throughout the shift.
A 48V/700Ah lead-acid battery provides capacity for demanding warehouse schedules. A 48V/460Ah lithium battery is available for operations requiring opportunity charging and reduced routine battery maintenance. Battery selection should follow an assessment of travel distance, lift frequency and shift pattern.
