Electric Reach Truck

1.5T Electric Double-deep Scissor Reach Truck MFE15

Load Capacity 1,500 kg
Lift Height 5,025–10,160 mm

MFE15 is a 1,500 kg stand-on electric double-deep reach truck with a double-scissor pantograph and lift heights up to 10,160 mm. Its 1,080 mm reach mechanism accesses the second pallet position without lengthening the chassis, supporting higher storage density, precise high-level stacking and efficient operation in narrow aisles.

Ideal For

  • Double-deep pallet racking systems
  • High-bay warehouses requiring up to 10,160 mm lift
  • Storage operations prioritising capacity and floor-space utilisation

Product Highlights

A 48V/550Ah lead-acid battery is standard. Larger lead-acid options and a 48V/460Ah lithium battery allow the power system to be matched to working hours and charging arrangements.

Product Description

Double-deep Pallet Access

The MFE15 double-deep reach truck uses a double-scissor pantograph with approximately 1,080 mm reach. It can place or retrieve the second pallet without driving the truck into the rack structure.

High-bay Mast Configuration

A triplex full-free mast supports lift heights from 5,025 to 10,160 mm. The wide-view mast and controlled hydraulic movement assist pallet alignment at upper rack levels.

Stable Chassis Design

The battery is mounted low in the chassis to reduce the centre of gravity. A four-point configuration and oscillating rear axle support stable travel across suitable warehouse floors.

Proportional Hydraulic Control

An integrated control handle and proportional hydraulic valve allow controlled lifting, lowering, reaching and fork adjustment. Side shift and fork positioning are included for accurate pallet placement.

Operator and Load Protection

Electric steering reduces operating effort. The OPS system, lift-height limiting, lowering speed control and hydraulic cushioning help prevent unintended operation and reduce load impact.

Flexible Battery Configuration

The standard 48V/550Ah lead-acid battery can be replaced from the side. Higher-capacity lead-acid batteries and a 48V/460Ah lithium option are available for longer or more flexible shifts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. MFE14 was used in some earlier documents, but the correct current model designation is MFE15. Quotations, datasheets and website content should use MFE15.
Yes. Its double-scissor reach mechanism is specifically designed to access the second pallet position. Rack dimensions, pallet condition and clearances must still be checked before installation.
The rated capacity is not automatically available at every height and reach position. Residual capacity must be confirmed using the load chart for the selected mast, load centre and attachment.
A larger battery changes the wheelbase and overall truck length. With a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet, the specified aisle width increases from 3,077 mm to 3,137 or 3,202 mm with larger lead-acid batteries.
Confirm the first-beam height, pallet depth, pallet overhang, second-depth position, rack clearances, top storage height and floor flatness. These dimensions determine whether the support arms and pantograph can operate safely.
