Electric Order Picker

1.0T Closed-cab Electric High-level Order Picker MHA10

Load Capacity 1,000 kg
Lift Height 2,760–5,760 mm main lift; 670 mm auxiliary lift

MHA10 is a 1.0-tonne closed-cab electric high-level order picker for light-duty warehouse picking and inventory work. Its elevating operator platform provides a nominal lift configuration up to 6,000 mm, while a 670 mm auxiliary lift brings goods closer to the operator. Proportional hydraulic control supports smooth, precise positioning at each pick level.

Ideal For

  • Light cartons, components and spare-parts picking
  • Medium- and high-level warehouse racking
  • Operations requiring a defined, semi-enclosed working platform

Product Description

Electric Order Picking at Height

The MiMA MHA10 is a compact man-up electric order picker for retrieving cartons, components and other light materials from warehouse racking. The operator rises with the platform for direct access to each picking level.

Defined Operator Working Area

The closed-front platform provides a clearly defined working position while maintaining visibility towards the racking and travel direction. It is intended for indoor warehouse use rather than weather-protected outdoor operation.

Auxiliary Lift for Better Handling Height

A 670 mm auxiliary lift raises the forks independently of the operator platform. Picked goods can therefore be positioned closer to the operator, reducing repeated bending during order preparation.

Smooth Platform Positioning

Proportional hydraulic control provides controlled acceleration and deceleration during lifting and lowering. The system helps the operator align the platform accurately with the required shelf level.

Height-dependent Safety Control

Guardrail-position detection and an operator-presence pedal must be correctly engaged before elevated travel or lifting. Upper lift limits, high-lift speed reduction and turning speed control provide additional operating control.

Accessible Electric Components

The 24V electric system is available with lead-acid or lithium battery options. A hinged battery cover and removable drive cover simplify battery checks and routine servicing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Their main technical specifications are the same. The MHA10 uses a closed-front operator platform, while the MHA10U has an open-front configuration for easier access to the load carrier.
The highest mast configuration has a nominal rating of 6,000 mm and provides approximately 5,760 mm of main platform lift. With the auxiliary lift and operator reach allowance, maximum picking height is approximately 7,600 mm.
No. The rated 1,000 kg capacity applies at lower lift heights and a 500 mm load centre. At the highest specified main lift, residual capacity is approximately 200 kg at 500 mm and 100 kg at 600 mm. The applicable load chart must be checked.
The standard datasheet specifies approximately 1,750 mm. A specified guided configuration may reduce stacking net aisle width to approximately 1,350 mm. Final dimensions depend on the load carrier, racking and safety clearances.
The truck supports controlled travel during elevated picking within its programmed limits. Travel speed is reduced as height increases. Operators must follow the operating manual, site rules and applicable local regulations.
No. “Closed cab” describes the guarded operator-platform arrangement. The MHA10 is primarily intended for indoor warehouse operation and is not a sealed outdoor cabin.
Depending on the project, mechanical rail guidance, mechanical aisle mode, electromagnetic guidance and permanent-magnet guidance can be specified. The warehouse floor and rack layout must be reviewed before selection.
Provide the shelf height, required picking height, maximum item weight, load-carrier dimensions, aisle width, rack clearance, floor condition, shift length and preferred battery type.
