Electric Order Picker

1.2T Closed-cab Electric High-level Order Picker MH12

Load Capacity 1,200 kg at 600 mm load centre
Lift Height 3,000–10,500 mm main lift; 730 mm auxiliary lift

MH12 is a 1.2-tonne closed-cab electric high-level order picker for narrow-aisle picking and inventory work up to 10,500 mm. Its semi-enclosed elevating platform and 730 mm auxiliary lift improve operator access to goods, while the reinforced mast, 48V full AC system and integrated safety functions support demanding high-level warehouse operations.

Ideal For

  • Medium- and high-level warehouse order picking
  • Narrow-aisle inventory and stock-checking operations
  • Large or heavier goods requiring an auxiliary lift

Product Description

High-level Man-up Picking

The MiMA MH12 is an electric high-level order picker for retrieving individual goods and completing stock checks in dense warehouse racking. The operator rises with the cab for direct visibility of the shelf and goods.

Semi-enclosed Operator Platform

The semi-enclosed platform creates a defined working area while retaining clear upward and rack-side visibility. Different control-console positions can be configured to suit the required picking workflow.

730 mm Auxiliary Lift

The auxiliary lift allows the forks and load carrier to move independently of the operator cab. Goods can be maintained at a more practical handling height, reducing repeated bending during picking.

Reinforced High-level Mast

Large C-channel and H-channel mast sections with reinforced cross-members support controlled operation at height. Duplex and triplex mast configurations are available for different lift and closed-height requirements.

48V Full AC Performance

A full AC drive and lift system provides responsive travel and hydraulic control with reduced routine motor maintenance. The full-colour display shows wheel angle, fork height, battery level and travel speed.

Integrated High-level Protection

Electronic guard-arm interlocks, chain-slack monitoring and height-dependent speed control support elevated operation. Three emergency recovery methods are provided for abnormal stops at height.

Frequently Asked Questions

The MH12 uses a semi-enclosed platform and includes a 730 mm auxiliary lift. The MH13U uses an open platform without auxiliary lift, providing closer access to the load carrier and bulky goods.
With a 10,500 mm main-lift configuration and the auxiliary lift, maximum picking access is approximately 12,260 mm. Rack beam height, item position and operator reach must be confirmed separately.
No. According to the current load table, residual capacity at 10,500 mm is approximately 300 kg at a 600 mm load centre. Capacity varies with lift height, wheelbase, mast and goods height.
The 730 mm auxiliary lift adjusts the height of the load carrier independently of the cab. This helps the operator maintain a more practical working height when placing or retrieving goods.
Depending on body width and configuration, the specified stacking aisle ranges from approximately 1,420 to 1,770 mm. The final dimension must include the load, platform, racking and safety clearances.
Mechanical rail guidance, mechanical aisle mode, electromagnetic guidance and permanent-magnet guidance can be specified. The choice depends on floor construction, aisle length, operating speed and warehouse layout.
The MH12 provides hydraulic emergency lowering, electrical forced lowering and an emergency escape arrangement. Operators must receive training, and the site must maintain an appropriate rescue plan.
Provide the maximum item weight, load centre, goods height, required picking level, aisle and rack dimensions, platform arrangement, floor condition, guidance preference and daily operating hours.
